Collingwood //

The Collingwood homes was a 1920s attached solid brick residence. At some stage this home had received a flat roof extension to the rear of the building, comprising a kitchen and meals area along with an outside laundry and toilet.

Definitive Homes, completely removed the rear of the building. We then rebuilt a new extension with a cathedral ceiling increasing the feeling of light and space. The new extension consisted of a new Kitchen, meals and lounge area, a new laundry and bathroom. The installation of Bi-Fold doors opening onto a courtyard area allows the home to maximize its entertaining space. After years of living in cramped conditions the owners are now loving spending time in there home.
